Mortenax Blade is a Fire Nihility character commonly used for debuffer, dot dps, fire dmg. The recommended build focuses on the part of the kit used most often while keeping the team rotation reliable.
Use Pioneer Diver of Dead Waters as the primary Relic set and Revelry by the Sea as the Planar Ornament. Recommended main stats are Effect Hit Rate / CRIT, SPD, Fire DMG, ATK%. Secure important Speed, Effect Hit Rate or Break Effect requirements first when the kit needs them, then improve the character's main scaling and offensive or defensive substats.
