Pela is a Ice Nihility character commonly used for debuffer, def shred, sp positive. The recommended build focuses on the part of the kit used most often while keeping the team rotation reliable.

Use Eagle of Twilight Line as the primary Relic set and Broken Keel as the Planar Ornament. Recommended main stats are Effect Hit Rate / HP%, SPD, HP% / Ice DMG, Energy Regen.
