Use Poet of Mourning Collapse as the primary Relic set and Bone Collection’s Serene Demesne as the Planar Ornament. Recommended main stats are CRIT Rate / CRIT DMG, SPD / HP%, Quantum DMG / HP%, Energy Regen / HP%.
