An Electro sword support who protects the active character and strengthens Stellar-Conduct teams.

Valeriy can maintain this team's Stellar reaction bonus while building the ATK needed for his shield. Use it when no other teammate already carries the set.

Turns his Burst into a simple teamwide ATK buff. A reliable alternative when Heart of the Furnace is already covered.

The easiest setup for a stronger ATK-scaling Supercharged Shield. Use your best ATK pieces while farming a complete support set.

608 Base ATK · 49.6% ATK
A premium stat stick that greatly strengthens Valeriy's ATK-scaling shield. Best when you only care about protection and support scaling.

A strong free craftable option. Its ATK bonus improves after a healer clears the Bond of Life.

454 Base ATK · 61.3% Energy Recharge

608 Base ATK · 55.1% Energy Recharge
Combines high Base ATK for a stronger shield with enough Energy Recharge for comfortable Burst rotations.

565 Base ATK · 27.6% ATK
An accessible ATK sword whose shielded Normal and Charged Attack bonuses improve Valeriy's own mortar damage.
SandsEnergy Recharge
GobletATK%
CircletATK%Substats: Energy Recharge → ATK% → CRIT Rate for Favonius → Flat ATK. Aim for roughly 200–250% ER before C1 and around 2,000–2,500 ATK. His shield and Assault Command support both benefit from ATK.
Valeriy shields Mitya and supports his Electro Stellar-Conduct damage while Odette and Yae complete the premium core.
A defensive alternative for Cyno. Odette enables the reaction and Yae adds off-field Electro damage.
Qiqi keeps Cryo active and heals the team while Valeriy prevents interruption during Mitya's Charged Attack sequence.
Alyosha drives Electro damage, Diona provides Cryo and healing, and Sucrose supplies EM and grouping.
ENERGY FIX · C1Refunds up to 15 Energy after the special Charged Attack and greatly improves his first Skill's Momentum generation.
STRONG SUPPORT · C2Using Skill grants the party 100 Elemental Mastery for 18 seconds and lets excess Momentum reinforce his shield.
C3Elemental Skill level +3, improving both shield absorption and Skill damage.
MOMENTUM · C4Raises the Momentum cap by 30 and increases Momentum generation, strengthening Assault Command.
C5Elemental Burst level +3. Improves his personal off-field damage.
BEST CONSTELLATION · C6Doubles his special Charged Attack and shell damage, then grants 10% Electro CRIT Rate and 40% Stellar-Conduct CRIT DMG.

Charges forward for AoE Electro damage, grants 40 Impact Momentum and creates a Supercharged Shield. Its absorption scales with Valeriy's ATK and is especially effective against Electro damage.

Performs three sword strikes. At 40 or more Impact Momentum, the Charged Attack becomes Direct-Fire Mortar: Point-Blank Bombardment and consumes all Momentum for an enhanced hit.

Fires a shell and calls down repeated Thunderburst Shells. While they fall, Electro attacks from the nearby active character help Valeriy build additional Impact Momentum.
Talent priority: Elemental Skill → Normal Attack → Elemental Burst

While his Burst shells are falling, Electro attacks from another active character grant Valeriy Impact Momentum, up to 80 per Burst.

Each point of Momentum consumed strengthens Offensive Directive. The scaling is tripled while Valeriy is in Radiance: Stellar-Conduct.

Grants 25% more rewards from 20-hour Snezhnaya expeditions outside Nod-Krai.

Valeriy enters Radiance: Stellar-Conduct whenever he stands inside a Polestar Field.

Secure Burst every rotation before stacking ATK% for a stronger Supercharged Shield.
Create the shield, start the shell barrage, then let the active Electro character generate Impact Momentum.
At 40 or more Momentum, use Direct-Fire Mortar to convert the resource into personal damage and support value.
Fast Electro hits during Burst help build Momentum and make his rotation smoother.
Yes. He already provides a strong ATK-scaling shield and Electro support. C1 fixes much of his Energy pressure, while C2 adds team Elemental Mastery.
Start around 200–250% before C1. Favonius weapons, Electro teammates and shorter rotations can reduce that target.
Use ATK% for maximum shield strength. Choose CRIT Rate only when Favonius Sword needs more reliable passive triggers.
Finale of the Deep is the strongest craftable ATK option when a healer can clear its Bond of Life. Favonius Sword is better for team Energy.
Noblesse Oblige is the easiest general support choice. Heart of the Furnace is stronger when the team can use its dedicated effect.
No. He already offers shielding and rotation comfort at C0. C6 adds the large Electro and Stellar-Conduct bonuses shown in the premium team label.
