Base ATK and Advanced Stats are only part of a W-Engine's value. The best option is the one whose Specialty requirement, trigger condition and active duration fit the Agent's real field time.
Measure realistic uptime
Compare the trigger with the actual rotation. Off-field Agents need effects that persist after switching, while burst carries benefit from bonuses aligned with Stun or other damage windows.
Compare the whole account
A signature W-Engine is a premium improvement, not a requirement. Accessible A-Rank options may be preferable when a new teammate or Core Skill upgrade improves the complete squad more.
