Acheron's damage depends on both her own stats and how frequently the team applies debuffs.
Debuffs are resources
Every eligible debuff accelerates Slashed Dream. Fast Nihility allies and debuff-capable sustains can therefore improve Ultimate frequency as well as damage amplification.
ATK versus Speed
ATK Boots maximize each Ultimate when teammates generate most stacks. Speed becomes more valuable when Acheron must take additional turns to apply Crimson Knot and charge herself.
Relic flexibility
Pioneer is the strongest complete set, but correct main stats and strong CRIT rolls still matter. Do not replace excellent pieces with weak ones solely to complete a bonus.

Does Acheron need her signature Light Cone?
No, but Along the Passing Shore is unusually valuable because it adds personal damage and an extra debuff for stack generation. Boundless Choreo and Good Night and Sleep Well remain functional alternatives.
Should Acheron use ATK or Speed Boots?
Use ATK when fast teammates generate enough debuffs between Ultimates. Use Speed when Acheron's own turns are needed for stack generation or to improve a specific cycle.
Why does E0 prefer two Nihility teammates?
Her bonus Trace gains its strongest multiplier with the required number of Nihility allies. E2 reduces that requirement and opens a slot for a Harmony support.
Where is Acheron strongest?
She is flexible across endgame modes when enemies allow frequent debuffs and her Ultimate can hit valuable targets. Team composition and enemy mechanics still determine practical performance.
