TEAMS
Recommended squad cores and condensed opening rotations extracted from the completed operator guides.
Building a balanced Endfield squad
A functional squad needs a clear damage plan, compatible support and enough control or survival for the target encounter. Begin with the operator who receives the most field time, then select teammates whose skills amplify that window without competing for the same rotation space. Damage type, resource generation and enemy mechanics matter more than placing four individually strong operators together.
The listed teams are templates, not ownership requirements. Replace a missing operator with another unit that preserves the same job: damage amplification, off-field pressure, control, healing or protection. Upgrade the core rotation first and test it before committing rare materials. Use each operator's full guide for weapons and gear, then return here when a new release creates a stronger or more accessible combination.
When a battle changes, adjust the utility slot before rebuilding the entire squad. Extra sustain helps during progression, while more interruption, grouping or weakness coverage can shorten a demanding stage. A clean rotation that the player can repeat consistently is usually stronger than a theoretical combination with awkward timing.
Test the rotation before investing
Practice the listed opening sequence against the same target several times and watch for gaps in resource generation, survival or crowd control. If the rotation cannot be repeated reliably, replace the least essential damage slot with a compatible support. Operator pages explain the equipment assumptions used by each team.
