How to use this operator tier list
Tiers compare combat value, team choice and upgrade cost. They do not replace a plan for the stage. A lower operator can win when their damage type or control fits the fight. Healing and shields can also matter more than rank.
Open the full build before you spend materials. New accounts should finish one good team first. Pick a main damage plan. Add support and a safe option. Then improve weapons and gear with effects the team can keep active.
Ranks are reviewed after new operators, gear and balance changes are tested. Treat close ranks as useful choices, not a huge gap. An operator you already built may be the best choice for your account.
